All of Ecomautomization services and goods, including those made available on our website, are subject to these Terms of Use. They don’t apply to goods or services provided by outside parties or websites that are connected from ours. Any goods or services provided by third parties are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Making a Complaint
To address any concerns or dissatisfaction you may have with our services, please get in touch with us directly. We’re determined to come up with a solution that works for both of us. Before complaints get worse, they should be directed to us. You may file formal complaints if necessary if a resolution is not reached.
Qualifications for a Refund
As stated in our proposals, we aim to provide top-notch services. The following is how refunds are handled:
Store Development: If the project hasn’t begun, complete refunds are offered. Partial refunds may be given for ongoing projects, depending on Ecomautomization assessment of the project’s completion status.
Dedicated Hiring: In the event that our team delays starting a project, full refunds are offered. If the client decides to cancel the project, they will receive a refund based on the amount of work completed. For work that has already been done, there are no reimbursements given.
Delivery Policy Applicability
On-time Payments: Projects continue to operate according to predetermined payment plans. Project schedules may be impacted by payment delays.
Client Communication: It’s critical that the client communicates in a timely and correct manner. Ecomautomization are not liable for project completion delays or failures brought on by a lack of communication or information.
Completeness of Information: If the client fails to give adequate information, Ecomautomization is not responsible for any delays or unfinished tasks. Only in the event that a particular agreement with penalty clauses is in place will compensation for delays be taken into consideration.
Liability Restrictions
The amount of the Ecomautomization obligation is capped at the cost of the services rendered. Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from using our services are not our responsibility. Only in the event that the project is canceled and written notice is given are refunds processed.
Handling Refunds
After the cancellation date, refunds will be handled within five business days. The same payment method used for the initial transaction such as a credit card or check will be used to issue refunds.
